My first formal clothing class assignment

|
Like the title said, it was my first time to attend a class wearing formal clothing as we were having an assessment for English. In the assessment, my group was suppose to held an official meeting to discuss about the best catering company in for company canteen. In the assessment, all of us had a role in it and these are the followings:
Our boss, Miss Cheryl
Our secretary, Mr. Shanjiff
Our Public Relations Director
The Trade union representatives
Our Human Resources Director
Our finance director
Adel as our Head of Maintenance

Before the assessment started, all of us had a chance to pose around with our formal clothing and here are some of the pictures we got...
Flasher in action...
Before the assessment started...

Anyway, after the meeting, our lecturer gave us our result and mine was not that bad actually, a 37/50 (which is the second highest) and our finance director actually got the highest mark (39/50) due to his super long presentation... After the class we proceeded to take more photo's of the group and here are some of them...
Me and Mr. Lovestruck...
The superior six (suppose to be 7 but Cheryl was the photographer...)

Girls will definitely drool over them...
All the babes will try to lynch him whenever there's a chance, haha...
The guy that thinks he's 007...
The black triads, yea right...
This is what happens when u edit photos for the sake of fun...
Even my lecturer thinks it's funny... Oh well...

So, that's all for now. And now for an unrelated case, the internet connection for wifi in Sunway college has been going so fast that I think it's worth showing all of you this screenshot I took when I was downloading a driver for my friend...
A whopping 1mbps!! What do you have to say to Sunway's wifi connection now??

Went to Ipoh, back in Subang!

|
I knew I should have I posted this while I'm in Ipoh but I was too busy with everything and that's why I'm posting it right now. Things has been fun when I was back in Ipoh but of course, meeting my old pals in Ipoh was the best thing I did during my semester break. While in Ipoh, I managed to meet up my NS friend that has taken a semester break at the same time with me. We managed to catch up some old talks and these are the old friends that I was able to meet up...
Name : Desmond a.k.a. BOTAK
Current status: Still in NS now.
Just came back from NS and has fetish for fast food for now. Can't say much for him except that he's going to hold real weapon when he's back in NS. Staying back for Form 6.
Name : Eugene Tang a.k.a. retard
Current status : Still sleeping in his home
Has been away from school for half a year and is going to UTAR end of this month. Not sure if he will make it over there but it's none of my concern.
Name : Jeffery Chan a.k.a. ex-band leader
Status : Still admiring his laptop back at his home in Ipoh
Has also been away from school for half a year and is surprisingly going to UTAR as well. Have a higher chance to be a great student over there. Not a very friendly person when it comes to camera... O.O
Name : Ian Tang a.k.a. Sleepologist
Status : Still waiting for his lame laptop to arrive
Same as the other two above me. Has no life and nothing to do since the day SPM was over. The third person that is going to UTAR in my group. Nothing much to say either except for good luck in your future studies. Don't fall asleep anymore!!!

I had plenty of fun while I was with them in Ipoh and I would like to thank them all for still remembering friends like me. All I could describe about them are they are really great people and I'm happy that they still treat me as their "nakama" (God, I watched too much One Piece...) Best of luck for all of you that is going to further your studies in college and school, ok?

Latest news of the day

I knew I said that I'm going to post about software, but I've more important (and lamer) things to announce tonight. First of all, my 1 week semester break is coming and I'm coming back this Saturday, WOHOO!! I will be back to see my old classmates again for the last time before everyone flies to their respected college T.T .... Anyhow, I felt that all of my Ipoh friends should get to know more about my Subang friends, so I posted quite a lot of photos for all you to understand more about them. I will post the photo's in time sequence so that I can get the storyline corectly...

The first event since after my last post will be the... Charity walk again.... We have a booth in the college cafeteria and my shift time is 12.30 to 1.30 on Thursday. Though Eric, Kian Hong and Cheryl are not supposed to be in my shift but, they are kind enough to help me as well. Hey, what are buddies for?
(From left to right) Cheryl and Kian Hong as participation registerer while me and Eric as the DJ to attract people.
Can't see what I'm holding? Wait, I zoom in for you...
RM10 ONLY TO PARTICIPATE! JOIN NOW!
Checking out the number of people signed up for the day. Not much though, so pls help us by joining this charity event!!

Well, after the booth duty, the next thing I'm going to show is our last class before my semester break. Our computing teacher, Mr. rajesh was kind enough for to let us take weird photos with him as well. Here are some of the pics:

The FITM students are proud to present...
What the hell is that?? Next picture please...
He's the coolest teacher in my class for now...
Everyone joined in the fun in the group photo taking session...
And now is the collection of fugitives students from FITM photo session...
We are special for what? Our laptops la duh...
Also we have a friend from the International students! Meet Aliyu here.

Once our teacher has left the class, Jon and Aaron started to stare at me because I've insulted their laptop. well, the next pictures will contain explicite contents where i am getting my medicines the hard way. My dear friends in Ipoh, this is the result, haha....
Well, that's me getting whoop by them non-stop....
John was done while Aaron thinks I need more medicine...
And the treatment is over to cure my craziness effect...

Anyhow, none of the picture above is real (for now) but I can assure you that they are all friendly and supportive people. They are the best friend I could find (but still can't beat my Ipoh friends) in Subang and I will appreciate this new alliance, friendship or whatever they call...

Since (almost) everyone is going to have a laptops, I might as well show my lappie's specs and what can it do :p

Firstly, these are the general specs:
I know I said I bought 4gb RAM but I only realized that windows xp 32bit system can only support up to 3gb RAM, so basically, I have wasted 1gb RAM... And don't mind my modified picture or laptop model name.
Now for the graphic card, it's a Nvidia 8400m gs with 256 mb. For me, it's not good enough so I did some overclocking (modifying) and managed to pump it to 512mb with core clock of 525 mhz, shader clock 1050 and memory clock 450. In other word, it's GODLIKE! For those that needs assistance in pumping up your lappie, feel free to look for me, hehe...

Now what can my lappie can do? It does what ever I'm pleased with so far and I was able to run Adobe CS3 and CS4 without much difficulty and for gaming prospect I have to say, it is beyond satisfaction. Here is the list of latest game that I could run and play at medium settings....

The Godfather II
Kane And Lynch - Dead Men
Left 4 Dead
Hitman : Blood Money
Assassin's Creed
Fear 2 : Project Origin
Farcry 2
Dead Space
Biohazard 4/ Resident Evil 4
Frontline : Fuel of War
Call of Duty : World at War
Devil May Cry 4
And even extra games where I can't finish mentioning

The overall speed for my lappie is actually quite amusing and abusing (due to overclocking) at the same. The only slowness that I'm experiencing right now is start-up. Before you say anything, I have already checked my start-up status and it has only 8 programs running. having to wait for 47 seconds to boot-up and start-up is NOT fast for me!!! And regarding my security, I've learned my lessons and therefore I've taken some extra precaution to avoid my lappie from nasty viruses. Right now, I'm using 4 anti-virus at the same to prevent any unwanted difficulties from any stupid trojans. People has been asking me whether having so many anti-virus will clash with one another, well my answer will be... Well... It depends... For me I'm currently using these 4 anti-virus/anti-trojans:

1) Vipre anti-virus <--- A 2 in 1 anti-virus/anti-spyware (My review 8/10)
2) Trojan Remover <--- Definitely a must for serious virus infection (My review 9/10)
3) Malwarebytes <--- A very detailed virus scanner and cleaner (My review 9/10)
4) SuperAntiSpyware <--- Good to scan for virus infections (My review 8/10)

minimum temperature

max temperature with cooler pad...

Regarding my laptop temperature, I have to say it's quite WARM as it's norrmal temperature is 63 degree... While in gaming mode it can shoot up to 80 degree. Of course it's lower once I put a cooler pad underneath my lappie... I think I will stop for now for I'm very busy with my charity walk project (refer to my previous post) and the next time I post, I will include the top 10 software to make your computer to run faster. Before I go, I want to show you my current lappie... :p (Oh my gosh, it's a mess...)And for this unrelated event, these are my crazy room mates that like to make my bed their home.... Please say hello to these room mates (monkeys...)
