Since (almost) everyone is going to have a laptops, I might as well show my lappie's specs and what can it do :p
Firstly, these are the general specs:

I know I said I bought 4gb RAM but I only realized that windows xp 32bit system can only support up to 3gb RAM, so basically, I have wasted 1gb RAM... And don't mind my modified picture or laptop model name.

Now for the graphic card, it's a Nvidia 8400m gs with 256 mb. For me, it's not good enough so I did some overclocking (modifying) and managed to pump it to 512mb with core clock of 525 mhz, shader clock 1050 and memory clock 450. In other word, it's GODLIKE! For those that needs assistance in pumping up your lappie, feel free to look for me, hehe...
Now what can my lappie can do? It does what ever I'm pleased with so far and I was able to run Adobe CS3 and CS4 without much difficulty and for gaming prospect I have to say, it is beyond satisfaction. Here is the list of latest game that I could run and play at medium settings....

The Godfather II

Kane And Lynch - Dead Men

Left 4 Dead

Hitman : Blood Money

Assassin's Creed

Fear 2 : Project Origin

Farcry 2

Dead Space

Biohazard 4/ Resident Evil 4

Frontline : Fuel of War

Call of Duty : World at War

Devil May Cry 4

And even extra games where I can't finish mentioning
The overall speed for my lappie is actually quite amusing and abusing (due to overclocking) at the same. The only slowness that I'm experiencing right now is start-up. Before you say anything, I have already checked my start-up status and it has only 8 programs running. having to wait for 47 seconds to boot-up and start-up is NOT fast for me!!! And regarding my security, I've learned my lessons and therefore I've taken some extra precaution to avoid my lappie from nasty viruses. Right now, I'm using 4 anti-virus at the same to prevent any unwanted difficulties from any stupid trojans. People has been asking me whether having so many anti-virus will clash with one another, well my answer will be... Well... It depends... For me I'm currently using these 4 anti-virus/anti-trojans:
1) Vipre anti-virus <--- A 2 in 1 anti-virus/anti-spyware (My review 8/10)
2) Trojan Remover <--- Definitely a must for serious virus infection (My review 9/10)
3) Malwarebytes <--- A very detailed virus scanner and cleaner (My review 9/10)
4) SuperAntiSpyware <--- Good to scan for virus infections (My review 8/10)

minimum temperature

max temperature with cooler pad...

Regarding my laptop temperature, I have to say it's quite WARM as it's norrmal temperature is 63 degree... While in gaming mode it can shoot up to 80 degree. Of course it's lower once I put a cooler pad underneath my lappie... I think I will stop for now for I'm very busy with my charity walk project (refer to my previous post) and the next time I post, I will include the top 10 software to make your computer to run faster. Before I go, I want to show you my current lappie... :p (Oh my gosh, it's a mess...)

And for this unrelated event, these are my crazy room mates that like to make my bed their home.... Please say hello to these room mates (monkeys...)

Signing off, Bluedrake a.k.a. Shippoukitsune....
