4) Kian Hong = Sensitive to pain....
Not to say I'm disappointed but I was really looking forward to the paintball game as it was exciting, fun and dangerous at the same time. However the activity was not canceled as Jon had brought along two of his friends as well which is Emir (Another paintball veteran) and Timothy (His friend is from United Kingdom). So in the end, it's only me, Cheryl, Jon Timothy and Emir that participated the paintball event. Our trainer Ray, (Picture not available) is a professional paintballer and had give us the simple briefing again (about not responsible if you are dead in the game half-way...) before we get to start the game.
The first game was 3 against 2 which consists of me, Cheryl and Timothy going against the two veteran players (Jon and Emir) As planned from the beginning we get to strengthen our defense and whoop Jon and Emir's ass (Timothy got Emir while Cheryl got Jon) Once we were out of the arena, Ray said that there were too little players in the game and therefore had joined in together with a few Marshal as well. We are stunned as according to Jon, Marshal are people who is expert in the paintball field and can literally wipe us out in seconds. Since it was the first time for a few of us (Namely me, Cheryl and Timothy), so we decided to give a try. So, during round two it was 4 Marshal and Ray against all five of us. Once the match started, the arena was a war zone and I was the first to get wipe out. One of the Marshal managed to shoot their pallet onto my marker (it's called a marker, not a gun...) and I was out for the game. The others didn't get last long before they got wasted as well. Emir managed to defeat his trainer Ray but was out as well when the other Marshal shot him. Jon had another pallet on his shoulder and Cheryl was shot on the arm. The end result was 1-5 (Marshal team one eliminated and our team was 100% annihilated)
Aw, how sad. There is a first time for everyone though :)
By the time we are ready for the third round, Ray had to go as he was busy and the third match ended in a 4 vs 4. So it was me, Jon, Timothy and Emir against 3 Marshal and Cheryl (lucky her...) Once the match started, The war zone started again and I was shot at the face almost seconds after the game started. If it wasn't for the helmet I'm wearing, my face would have been gone. The others didn't last long as well and the game ended with a 4-0 victory (Marshal team 0 casualties and our team 100% annihilated again...)
Can you see the paint splattered to my mask?
Closer look at the mask. Two pallets are actually over there, Ouch...Before the fourth round began, the Marshall decided not to make our life miserable and let us play on our own, so it was back to 3 vs 2 (same people on each team) Once the game started, I was lucky enough to finish Emir off within seconds and Jon seconds later, making me the hero :)
However, the Referee felt the game ended too fast and ask us to continue the fifth round instantly. (Same people on each team) By the fifth round, Jon and Emir was much more organized and managed to counter fire our assault. Cheryl and Timothy was out of the game after a minute plus, leaving me to face against the two veterans. As I was suppressing fire on Emir, Jon had slowly approached me from the other side. While he was on his way, Cheryl and Timothy had yelled to me warning about Jon. (They are not supposed to do that but since we are beginners, it was ok) By the time I looked at Jon, he had jumped to an obstacle for safety and even managed to shot my arm. The fifth game ended 3-0 (Jon's team 0 casualties, my team 100% annihilated...)
When we were done with the fifth round, Timothy had to go back and that leaves only the four of us. Having not enough people, we had decided that we would use the remaining ammo for the target range...

Jon aiming at the target range...
Cheryl and her
Giggling with myself while aiming, scary...
Two markers to use, cool! While we were still at the target range, I have made a few videos for our group. Here is Jon and his cracked up marker. Note: he could really shoot the marker that fast, but it was too fast until the marker cannot stop by itself...
This video was taken by me as the gunner in a first person mode. I'm too lazy to add crosshair and additional details onto the video, so it looked like Counter Strike or COD 4 XD...
The last video was the end of my killing spree streak lol...
In the end, everyone had a fun time even if there was not enough people but I'm happy nonetheless. It was an eye-opening experience and getting shot was quite fun actually. I'll be looking forward to my next paintball match soon. Before we left the paintball arena, Jon had to do some silly stuff again...
